Report an error
Email contact@nexuswild.com. Include the article URL, the disputed sentence or data point, why you believe it is wrong, and any supporting primary evidence.
Material corrections
When a factual error could change a reader’s understanding of a story, NexusWild should correct the text and append a correction note explaining the substance of the change. The note should not disappear merely because the corrected version reads cleanly.
Clarifications
A clarification may be added when the original text was factually accurate but materially incomplete, ambiguous or capable of giving a misleading impression. The label should match the nature of the change.
Routine updates
Live stories can change as new verified information arrives. Routine additions, grammar fixes and formatting changes do not always require a correction note. A material reversal, changed central claim or significant factual repair does.
Headlines, visuals and social posts
Corrections apply to headlines, captions, charts and promotional copy as well as article text. When an incorrect social post remains materially misleading, NexusWild should correct or replace it where the platform allows.
Fairness and response
People and organizations named in coverage may send a factual response. A request for correction is not automatically a right to rewrite an article; NexusWild evaluates the evidence and the public-interest value of the requested change.
Record of changes
As NexusWild’s publishing system matures, article-level update timestamps and correction notes should remain accessible so readers can understand when material changes were made.
